BACKGROUND
INVESTIGATIONS
Designs in
Modern Learning, Inc., our parent corporation, is
licensed by the California Department of Consumer
Affairs (License #PI13891) to provide background
investigation services in the State of California. Our
background services are limited to screening applicants
for positions in government service, and include city,
county, or state agency department heads, law
enforcement personnel (both sworn and non-sworn), fire
service, communications, and EMS personnel
Our
background services are fully compliant with the Fair
Credit Reporting Act, California Investigative Consumer
Reporting Agencies Act, state and federal fair
employment laws, and where applicable, the Regulations
of the California Commission on Peace Officer Standards
and Training.

do not provide background investigation
services to
private individuals or non-governmental employers. |
